How to reach us
The fastest way to get the right answer is to share context: which program you are interested in, preferred delivery (online or in-person), group size, and target dates. For instructor development requests, it also helps to note your teaching setting (studio, workplace wellness, education team) and the time you can dedicate to practice between sessions.
We serve Canadian learners through a Toronto office and provide coordination, scheduling, and participant support in Eastern Time. When workshops involve international faculty, we still keep communication centralized so that confirmations, handouts, and follow-up notes are consistent and easy to find.
